Returns

At Konrads we stand by our products.  Products can be returned for a full refund up to 10 days of the shipment date.  The products must be in its original packaging and condition.  Returns can be made either, in person at our warehouse, or by mail.  The credit will not be given until the returned product(s) have been received in our warehouse.
