Frozen Fruit Puree:

Matisse frozen fruit purees are made without coloring, no preservatives, and no thickener.  With the perfect amount of added sugar matisse frozen purees are ideal for making drinks, and pastries.

Defrosting:  It is recommended to defrost the puree at a temperature between +2C and +4C for 24-48 hours in order to get optimum quality.
